Some individuals within a certain community have become self appointed vigilantes (being a vigilante is unlawful/illegal).  A very concerted effort has been put forth to sabotage and prevent a person’s effort toward any improvements of their position and self.  There has been a forced inheritance of a nightmare label from almost twenty (20) years ago.  The person went through a transformation that brought a change of everything about the person in all aspects.  The person is no longer the same person that was that person of almost twenty (20) years ago.  The vigilantes are reacting to a twisted perception of a label instead of the individual – the person that has presented and shown themselves to the community for the past several years in what, who, and how they truly are.  This is discrimination and bigotry against a disadvantaged minority (as established and declared by both the United States Federal government and the State of California).  Ignorance leads to discrimination and bigotry which leads to hate.  The fire of hate blinds a person’s eyes to understanding, tolerance and knowledge.  This is how hurt is inflicted and damage is caused.  Support and encouragement for anyone and everyone is what a community should be devoting itself to.  In California it is a felony to harass any individual whose name and picture appears on a certain web site.  What constitutes excessive felony harassment is decided by a California County District Attorney.  An investigation is required to be conducted to determine the extent of the excessive felony harassment.
