House Rules

A) This is NOT a polymorphous household!  This IS a Master-Slave household!  The Master does what He wants, when He wants, how He wants.  The Master is exempted from all rules and/or conditions.  The Master has all final say in everything and can set or change rules at will.  Everyone MUST defer to and respect the Master.

At this time the slave’s duties and chores include being employed as a live in housekeeper (in exchange for room and board).  The housekeeper is a paid position.  The pay is used for the cost of the room and board.

1) You are a paying guest in this house.  You are paying for a room to hold your belongings in and to sleep in.  You are paying for meals as prepared and served by the Master.  Payment must be secured in advance for meals.
2) There is NO maid service specifically for you!  Keep your room clean and tidy.  Make every effort to support the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire abode.
3) The dining room table is for eating and food.  Please confine all food and drink to the table.  NO food or drink anywhere else, except a capped bottle of water (no cups).
4) No dishes, etc. are to be left anywhere but the kitchen.  It is very strongly encouraged that you obtain and use several cups, glasses, dishes, and/or utensils that you commonly use on a frequent basis to reuse daily.  You are responsible for insuring their sanitation.
5) You may receive and send phone calls and mail here.
6) Whatever and whenever the Master decides will be curfew (quiet).
7) Parking is reserved.  Covered parking needs special permission.  You may use any uncovered parking area without permission.
8) Visitors may be screened per the Master’s whim.
9) There will be a list of duties and chores for slaves and/or submissives to carry out.  All items must be approved and overseen by the Master.
10) The Master is married and his spouse is the default mistress whenever the Master deems necessary.
11) Use appropriate language when in common areas of apartment.
12) NO smoking, heavy drinking, or using in apartment.
13) Be considerate and watchful of the Mistress’s mobility and seating.
